These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Local SEO Express website at localseoexpress.com and any services provided by Local SEO Express. By using our website, submitting an inquiry or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

About Local SEO Express

Local SEO Express is a United States–based company that provides local search engine optimization services to businesses nationwide. Our services may include local SEO strategy, Google Maps SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website optimization, citation building and cleanup, review strategy support, local content, reporting and related marketing services.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts or data
• Interfere with the security, performance or operation of the website
• Copy, scrape, republish or exploit website content without permission
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms or communications

We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we believe these terms have been violated.

Inquiries and Free Audits

Submitting a contact form or requesting a free SEO audit does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into a paid agreement. A free audit or initial review is intended to help evaluate your business, competitors and opportunities. Unless separately agreed in writing, a free audit is not a full technical website audit and does not include implementation work.

Recommendations provided during an initial review are based on information available at the time and may change as more data is reviewed.

Services and Client Agreements

Paid services are governed by these Terms of Service together with any proposal, statement of work, service order or written agreement accepted by you and Local SEO Express. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that specific engagement.

Services may be provided on a one-time project basis, monthly retainer basis or other structure described in your agreement. Scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines and reporting will be defined in the applicable agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To perform local SEO services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, including name, address, phone number, website, services, hours and service areas
• Respond to reasonable requests for information, approvals and account access in a timely manner
• Maintain ownership and control of your business accounts unless otherwise agreed
• Ensure you have authority to authorize work on websites, profiles, listings and marketing assets
• Review and approve content, listings or changes when requested
• Comply with the terms, policies and guidelines of third-party platforms such as Google, directory websites and review sites

Delays caused by missing information, denied access or lack of approval may affect timelines and results.

No Guaranteed Rankings or Results

Local SEO Express does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, Map Pack positions, traffic levels, lead volumes, revenue or return on investment. Search results are controlled by third-party platforms and can change based on competition, proximity, reviews, website quality, algorithm updates, business history and many other factors outside our control.

Our role is to improve the signals affecting local visibility and to track progress using reasonable reporting methods. Past performance, examples or case studies do not guarantee future results for your business.

Third-Party Platforms

Local SEO work often involves third-party websites and platforms, including Google Business Profile, Google Search, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, industry directories and other online services. We do not own or control those platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages, policy changes, suspensions or verification delays
• Rejected listings, edits or appeals decided solely by third parties
• Actions taken by competitors, former agencies or unauthorized account users
• Changes in ranking algorithms or local search display features

You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of use and content policies.

Fees and Payment

Fees for paid services will be stated in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Project fees are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement
• Monthly services are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Late payments may pause work until the account is brought current
• You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Refund terms, if any, will be described in your specific service agreement. Local SEO Express is not obligated to refund fees for work already performed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Local SEO Express retains ownership of its proprietary methods, templates, processes, internal tools and pre-existing materials
• You retain ownership of your business name, branding, website content you provide and accounts created in your business name
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for your business as part of the engaged services
• We may display your business name, logo or general non-confidential project information in portfolios, proposals or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential business information received from the other party. Confidential information includes non-public business data, campaign strategy, pricing, credentials and internal reporting, but does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed or lawfully obtained from another source.

Account Access and Credentials

When you provide access to websites, Google Business Profile, analytics, call tracking, directories or other systems, you authorize Local SEO Express to perform agreed services on your behalf. You remain responsible for maintaining account ownership and for any actions taken through credentials you provide.

We recommend using secure access methods and removing access when services end.

Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly service according to the notice period stated in the client agreement. One-time projects end when the agreed scope is completed or the agreement is terminated according to its terms.

Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for fees owed for work performed through the termination date
• We will provide reasonable transition assistance if requested and compensated where applicable
• Access we hold to your accounts should be revoked or transferred according to your instructions

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Local SEO Express disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that SEO efforts will produce any specific outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local SEO Express will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from or related to the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Local SEO Express for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event occurred, or one hundred dollars if no paid service was involved.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Local SEO Express and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of:

• Your breach of these terms or a client agreement
• Content, business information or materials you provide
• Your use of the website or services in violation of law or third-party rights
• Disputes related to your business listings, profiles, reviews or account ownership

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing a formal legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active client engagements, material changes to service-related terms will be handled according to your client agreement where applicable.

General Provisions

• Entire agreement: For website use, these terms together with our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement regarding the website.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer.
